Bill and I spend a lot of time exploring the coast of Maine in the summer. There are lots of windjammers on the coast and they are one of the things that make my imagination race wildly. I painted this painting after returning from the Tall Ships parade in Portland a few years ago. The original is an 11 x 14 acrylic on canvas and was sold to a family in Ohio.
